Dynamic Event Work Follow-Up

Preparing Every Team for the Final
Racing Stage

At the Edgeline Go-Kart Championship, our mission is simple:

Every team should arrive at the on-ground event fully prepared, confident, and technically ready.

Dynamic events are not just about racing . they are about discipline, safety, preparation, and teamwork.

That is why after submission of:

In-House Technical Inspection Video
Brake Test Video

we begin a dedicated Dynamic Work Follow-Up process for every participating team.

This stage reflects the true strength of Edgeline
we guide teams until they are ready to face the real track.

DYNAMIC EVENT WORK FOLLOW-UP

What Happens After Brake Test & In-House TI Submission

Once teams submit their: Brake Test Video In-House Technical Inspection Video our technical team carefully reviews each submission. This is not an automated process. Every video is reviewed manually by experienced mentors and technical experts.

Technical Review of Each Team Video

During this stage, our technical team evaluates: Brake performance quality Mounting strength Chain guard safety Ground clearance BOT switch placement Wiring safety Structural finishing Overall vehicle readiness After reviewing the videos, teams receive: ✔ Technical observations ✔ Identified mistakes ✔ Required corrections ✔ Improvement suggestions This helps teams fix problems before reaching the event venue. Our goal is clear: No team should fail technical inspection due to avoidable mistakes.

Our Motto : Every Team Must Participate Successfully

We strongly believe: Participation with preparation is more important than participation alone. Many teams invest months designing and building their kart. But without proper preparation guidance, they risk failing technical inspection at the venue. That is why our follow-up system exists. Our intention is pure: Every team should reach the track with confidence and readiness.

Mentor & Faculty Advisor Interaction

Mentor & Faculty Advisor Interaction

After technical corrections are shared with teams, we begin direct discussions with Faculty Advisors and Mentors.

Faculty Advisors play a critical role in:

  • Team discipline
  • Resource management
  • Institutional coordination
  • Safety supervision

During this discussion, we understand:Team progress
✔ Faculty perspective
✔ Team challenges
✔ Manufacturing readiness
✔ Institutional support level

This ensures that every team receives both technical and academic backing.

Understanding Team Academic Schedule

We understand that engineering students must balance:

  • Academic Exams
  • Project Work
  • Manufacturing Timeline

That is why during follow-up discussions, we also review:

✔ College examination schedules
✔ Internal assessment timelines
✔ Project submission deadlines

This helps us coordinate event planning while respecting academic commitments.

This level of coordination builds trust between institutes and the Edgeline Championship.

Dynamic Event Planning Discussions

During mentor discussions, we also explain:

Event Dates & Timeline

Teams receive:

  • Final dynamic event schedule
  • Reporting dates
  • Inspection timings
  • Practice session details

This helps teams plan travel and logistics in advance.

Dronacharya Award Discussion

Faculty Advisors are also informed about:

Dronacharya Award

This award recognizes:

  • Outstanding Faculty Mentorship
  • Technical guidance
  • Student development
  • Motorsport leadership

This motivates faculty members to actively guide their teams.

Documentation Preparation Guidance

Documentation readiness is critical before arriving at the venue.

During follow-up sessions, we guide teams on preparing:

✔ Vehicle Registration Papers
✔ Driver Driving License
✔ Driver Insurance
✔ College Authorization Letter
✔ Student ID Cards
✔ Team Member List
✔ Invitation Letter from Edgeline
